Reservation, maybe you have booked a ticket on the bus or train. But, there also exists a caste-based reservation system. If you belong to a backward caste, you get benefits while if you belong to a higher caste then you don't.
Most of the countries in the world are growing over time. Caste-based reservation in India is still a major issue for many peoples. However, India is one of the most growing economies but dirty politics is still at its peak. No one cares for the growth of citizens, those politicians always play a victim card on behalf of caste. They get votes, popularity, and becomes the leader of the country by dividing peoples by caste reservation system.
Does caste still an issue? It makes you superior to someone of lower caste?
The answer is no! It doesn't make any difference. All castes are the same other than the personal belief of someone.
Those who are getting the benefits of caste-based reservation will never want to lose it. They are getting scholarships in the study, getting government jobs easily, and also getting seats in the assembly of the country, Lok sabha. And, getting a lot of benefits just on basis of caste. Isn't it insane?
For once, someone can consider that they are really poor, backward, or socially isolated. But, since the independence of India, they are getting reservations. But, till now they are backward. Is it possible? I don't think so as a wise man because it doesn't take 70 years to get development.
There are many ways to develop a social standard of citizens. Caste reservation is not a solution for the growth of India. So, at freejobnotification, we think that it's only killing talented peoples from getting what they deserve.
